In partnership with Course Management and the Town of Black Mountain, we aim to help preserve the course’s accessibility, affordability, and historic value, while enhancing the overall experience for all.

As a fundraising and volunteer partner, FBMGC provides resources and support to sustain and improve the 95-year legacy of BMGC for residents of Black Mountain, Buncombe County, and visiting guests.

With a Donald Ross front nine. The course is home to the famous 747 yard Par 6 -17th, at one time the longest hole in the world.
Friends of the Black Mountain Golf Course (FBMGC) is part of the Black Mountain Parks and Greenways a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Black Mountain, NC, focused on enhancing the community through greenways, parks, and recreational facilities.
